First thing is, I had so much fun at the Atkinson today! I can't believe how many people came and enjoyed my activity. It honestly means so much to me. Over capacity in the Atkinson! So, I had 2 sessions - one at 1pm and one at 2pm. According to Atkinson staff, I had 31 people come to my first session and 38 to the second! A huge thank you to all who came! The first group were a little timid, but were enthusiastic to learn. I'm glad that those without children, stayed without joining in, and enjoyed learning about mummification in such a different way.
